By installing DropShip Intelligence ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is developed and operated by LIETL ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your access to and use of the App.
The App is provided to help Shopify merchants research products, calculate import costs, track supplier prices, and analyse store performance. You may use the App only for lawful commercial purposes and in accordance with Shopify's Terms of Service. You must not use the App to engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresent product information, or circumvent any applicable laws or third-party terms of service.
The App offers subscription tiers at various price points. All paid subscriptions are billed directly by Shopify through their standard recurring app charge system. By approving a subscription, you authorise Shopify to charge the applicable fee on a monthly basis.
The App provides AI-assisted product research, cost estimates, and market intelligence for research purposes only. These are not guarantees of profitability, commercial availability, or regulatory compliance.
Analytics features (available on certain plan tiers) read your Shopify order history, refund data, and inventory levels to generate business insights. You acknowledge that:
The App, including its software, methodologies, AI systems, design, and supporting documentation, is the intellectual property of LIETL. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the App without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of your store data and product listings. We do not claim any rights over content you create or data you access through the App.
We aim to provide reliable access to the App but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and external service dependencies may temporarily affect functionality. We will communicate planned downtime where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LIETL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the total fees you paid to LIETL in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold LIETL harmless from any third-party claims, losses or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App in violation of these terms, your product listings or import activities, or your breach of any applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Where that fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via the email address associated with your Shopify account with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the App after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
