By installing DropShip Intelligence ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided to help Shopify merchants research products and create product listings. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Shopify's Terms of Service.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own Anthropic API key and any costs incurred through its use
• Product data provided by the App is AI-generated and for research purposes — always verify supplier details before placing orders
• You are responsible for ensuring your product listings comply with local laws and Shopify's policies

3. Disclaimer

The App provides AI-generated market research and cost estimates. These are not guarantees of profitability. Import duties, shipping costs and marketplace fees may vary. Always verify costs with actual suppliers before making purchasing decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
